Still no response from the Whitman-Walker clinic.
I sent an email asking how to register five days ago, and called on Tuesday. The line was so busy I had to leave a message and still no response.
This is…frustrating, to say the least. For anyone with the know-how, can you tell me how to register as a patient? I was told I could do so online(the email is quoted below), but I looked and can’t figure out how, so I called their number and used the right extension but still nothing. Am I just being impatient or is something up?
Help? Please? :(
The email(received on 12/27/11, just three days after my first email to them):
Good Afternoon Charles,
Thank you for contacting WWH.
Definitely you can become a patient for hormone therapy, you would need to fill out a registration form(you can either do it online or I can call you with a contact number, or you can call us 202-745-7000 opt. 0 for registration) We would register you, than we would have Thomas Coughlin call you he is the Transgender Advocate here at WWH. He would call you to set up your first appointment, we would than go from there.
Thanks,
Jessica
